Refund Policy

At Zyora, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 3-Day Return Policy. This means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, the return window will be automatically closed.

To Qualify for a Return:

  1. You must initiate the return request within 3 days of delivery.
  2. An unboxing video is mandatory for processing your return request. This helps verify the condition of the item when it was received.
  3. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, labels, invoicing and packaging intact.
  4. Make sure the product's embellishments are in good condition.

To begin the return process, please email us at hello@zyora.com within the 3-day return window with your order ID and the reason for return, along with the unboxing video.

 

Return Won't Be Feasible If:

  1. The return request is made after the 3-day period from delivery.
  2. The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  3. The product is missing its original tags, labels, or packaging.
  4. Any sale items, items marked as 'non-returnable' or purchased with store credit can not be returned.
  5.  Unless received in damaged condition, any item that has been used and opened.
  6. Items that came with a free gift can't be returned without the complimentary items.
  7. Any single jewellery in a combo/ gift box cannot be replaced or returned.

  8. Products purchased in the period of a special promotional offer, contests, clearance or any special scheme, cannot be returned or replaced.
  9. Any items sent back without initiating return request.

 

we retain the right to deny the return of the product if Zyora deems that it does not meet any of the aforementioned parameters.

 

Refunds/Damage  

We do not offer refunds, however if the product is defective or damaged during manufacturing or shipping, a replacement will be provided to you. You should contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Replacements will be delivered depending on the Shipping details, inventory availability at the moment which usual can take around 5-10 business days. 

 

Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only which will be provided in the form of a gift card with a 1-year validity.

Products may be exchanged as long as they are new, unopened, and still in their original packaging and tags. However, the cost of reverse shipping (i.e., collecting the item from you) is INR 100 per order, and this charge will be borne by the customer.  Regarding the exchange, you may contact us on WhatsApp for further information.
